In addition to serving the genealogical needs and wishes of the members, the Putnam County Genealogical Society has a responsibility and goal to record the history of the people of Putnam County. It is our hope that in carrying out this responsibility those societies in the places our ancestors lived will do the same.

Membership entitles you to attend all activities sponsored by the Society and to receive the monthly Newsletter and the Journal every time it is published. The membership year runs from July 1 thru June 30.
